WHY DOES IT SAY SHIPPING IS 2-3 MONTHS?


Sometimes life happens and it may take me longer than usual to make your piece. It could be a shipment issue from UPS or I may even be swamped with orders. But fear not! You’ll most likely get your garment within a few weeks. It takes about 2 weeks for me to just get shipment in since UPS and FedEx are very slow.

 

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

Created by the Dragon is based in the US! All orders ship from Atlanta.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! I ship internationally in hopes of making the whole world warm and comfy in my stylish pieces!

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER! WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Created by the Dragon is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are made, packed and shipped by the Dragon herself. She always aims to get orders out as quickly as possible, and usually tries to do so twice a week!

Preorders can take 2-3 months to ship. Reason for it is that it takes time to order the blanks and to make each design individually. Each design can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 6+ hours to make. With the limited resources available, the Dragon tries to get them done as quickly and as perfectly as possible. So please keep this in mind when you order.

If you have a special event where you need your order to be prioritized, such as for a gift or a convention, there is an express order button where you can expedite your order for a fee. The Dragon will try her best to accommodate if it does not interfere with her schedule!

MY TRACKING SAYS SHIPMENT CREATED, BUT NO UPDATE YET! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that your label has been printed so I can keep up with your order right before has been made and packed, but it has not been scanned in by the shipping company just yet! Your tracking will update shortly afterward.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

International  7 - 30 days after shipment

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages once they leave the premises and are in the hands of the post office. I also do not have the time or resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of the US. If both of these resources still cannot be of service, feel free to drop a line and I will open an investigation on your package!


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

For the sake of humans being nasty, all sales on Created by the Dragon are FINAL! I do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to that, I can only give store credit. I as a person refuse to endanger others' lives by sending them a "used" product. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me via email and we can discuss. Sorry for the inconvenience. :( 

I GAVE YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS/I DIDN'T PICK UP MY ORDER, AND IT SAYS IT IS BEING RETURNED, WHAT CAN I DO?

For US orders, your item can be reshipped once it is returned to me as long as the shipping is paid for again.

Orders placed outside of the US do not return to me, and instead return to the shipping provider's facility, and will be disposed of. These orders will not be replaced.

Please take great care in providing us with your correct information, as I do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have been shipped.
